The first umbrella had a bent spoke so make sure you check really carefully when you unpack. Especially if it looks like the box has already been opened/resealed. The second one we bought was in a new box and was in perfect condition. You need to buy a purple leaf base to go with it. We bought the base plate to screw into the decking which is perfect. It’s great quality and really big. And multiple positions to follow the sun which is very helpful.

Suite à un violent coup de vent (>60 km/h), notre parasol s'est envolé et deux baleines ont été endommagées (1 cassée et 1 tordue). Le support après-vente a été merveilleux! Ils nous ont envoyé sans frais 2 nouvelles baleines et une vidéo très détaillée avec les instructions de réparation. Nous adorons ce magnifique parasol (avec ses lumières led intégrées !)

Absolutely love this. Size 3m x 3m is great. Quality is superb. Really easy to put up, very lightweight but strong and sturdy. Lovely big windows. Came with sandbags, but we anchored it to the concrete floor as the sand bags aren't that great. Only been up a couple of days and we have had a heavy downpour of rain, so I can confidently say it is waterproof. Definately value for money.

Idon't usually write reviews but having just set this up for my eye who is running a stall over two days this weekend i felt it was needed as she had been left wondering if it will still be there in the morning. This is definitely not a heavy duty gazebo. The sides are held in place by velcro and in slightly windy conditions it felt like it wasn't gong to stay in place and that the sides would pull off I would not recommend spending this much money on this product. I wisg i had spent the extra on a bragged item instead!

Customer service however from this company is very good. They read my review, took it seriously and contacted me to look for a resolution straight away!
